What qualifications will I need to get on the course?
No formal qualifications are needed but a basic knowledge of Math and English will help in your day to day job. We do offer extra help with Math and English if required.
How do I learn?
You will attend a headlineshair academy in either Southport or Preston one day a week, where you will be taught by highly qualified and experienced hairdressers.
For the rest of the week you will be employed in one of 70 salons across the Merseyside and Lancashire region. Your salon will help your training through practical sessions planned to complement college training and you will gain vital experience in customer service and team work.
