DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions ‘THE SELLER’ means salon products direct and ‘THE BUYER’ means the purchaser of the goods from ‘THE SELLER’ under these terms and conditions.

PRICES
Prices are inclusive of vat at ruling rates and does not include delivery charge.

DELIVERY
• The sellers policy is to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability.
• Times are quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding.
• The seller cannot accept responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES
• £3.95 is the standard delivery charge for all parts of the UK.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.

SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to ‘THE SELLER’ within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

RETURNED GOODS
• If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, a returns authorisation must be requested. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying paperwork.
• Goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition including original packaging.
• The seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels or the cost of postage.
• Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not be entitled to a refund.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Goods are sold on the understanding that they are used for their intended purpose.
